Are You Fit Enough for Horse Riding in Mongolia?

Different horse riding packages require varying levels of horse riding skills, so be sure to check before you sign up. For easier rides, no previous horse riding experience is necessary. Beginners are usually welcome to join easier treks that involve anywhere fromone to five hours of trekking per day (covering anywhere from 3 to 12 miles). More advanced riders can opt for longer treks.

The accommodation style for most horse riding treks in Mongolia is a mixture of tented camping, home stays and ger camps. Tourist tents are usually spacious and comfortable. Meals are typically served in separate dining tents. Most ger camps have separate shower and toilets for males and females.
